The changes include a default two hour daily time limit for users under 18 and a nighttime block between midnight and 6 a.m., default night and schooltime notification blocks, no like counts displayed on posts by minors, a ban on cosmetic surgery image filters and a non personalized feed option. Meta will also bring on an independent auditor and is subject to an injunction prohibiting misleading statements about its safety features. The company denied the allegations.
