KVKK Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared by UNALSOFT, in its capacity as data controller, for visitors to the website and users of the appointment/contact form, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

• Evaluating your appointment/contact request and getting back to you
• Preparing quotes, contract processes, and corporate communication
• Measuring service quality and site performance (only with consent)
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the following legal grounds: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) “directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, Art. 5/2-(f) “legitimate interest”, and, where necessary, Art. 5/1 “explicit consent” (e.g., marketing communication and optional cookies).

5. Method of Collection

Data is collected by electronic means through the appointment/contact form on the website, WhatsApp, and email channels.

6. Transfer

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared, in accordance with KVKK Art. 8-9, with the infrastructure providers used to deliver the service (form/email delivery and hosting service providers) and, where legally required, with authorized public institutions and organizations.

7. Retention Period

Your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose of processing no longer exists, at the end of the maximum periods set out in the relevant legislation, or upon your request.

8. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, have it corrected, have it deleted/destroyed, request that processing be restricted, request that third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified, and request compensation for any damage incurred.
