EU legal guarantee notice mandatory from September 27: shops, online stores and the GARAN label

From September 27, 2026 every seller of consumer goods in the EU must display the harmonized EU legal guarantee notice in shops and online; where a producer offers a free durability guarantee of more than two years covering the whole product, the GARAN label becomes mandatory too. The basis is Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 and Directive (EU) 2024/825; the notice cannot be edited, is A4 at minimum and online must be in color with a clickable link. The guidelines and files in 24 EU languages are on the Commission's site. The sources do not mention Türkiye, non-EU sellers or marketplaces and give no penalty amounts; stores selling to EU consumers should confirm their scope with legal counsel.

LinkedIn Post Proofreader: inline proofreading instead of rewriting, English drafts only for now

LinkedIn has replaced its AI post enhancement option, which rewrote updates with AI, with Post Proofreader. Social Media Today, reporting on September 20, says the old option was removed last month. Instead of rewriting a draft, the new tool shows Review, Shorten and Clarify suggestions inline, marks removed text with strikethrough and applies nothing until the member accepts it. According to LinkedIn's help page it is limited to eligible Premium members and currently supports English-language drafts only, with no date for Turkish. The change follows LinkedIn's September 15 post announcing tools that proofread without changing a member's voice.

A second FutureBright Ventures investment for Ingosa: InsightMate turns ad space into a research surface

Istanbul-based adtech and data startup Ingosa received a second investment from FutureBright Ventures, according to a Garanti BBVA statement of September 21, 2026; the amount was not disclosed, as Fintechtime states outright. InsightMate, brought to market with the investment, turns brands' digital ad placements into research surfaces that collect real-time consumer insights without taking users out of the channel; the product was introduced with the first round in August and is now being scaled. The plan is Türkiye first, then global preparation. Only Garanti BBVA's Sibel Kaya is quoted in the September coverage; channels, pricing, sign-up and KVKK details are not in the sources.
